The course is now playable as a full 18 hole course! We have strategically designed alternate tee box placements for each basket. The back 9 does use the same baskets, but you throw your discs from a completely different tee box which creates an entirely different hole.
The alternate tee boxes are not just shorter or longer but they are also placed in different areas creating different available options for the tee box. For example, on the front 9, one hole may force you to throw low through a tunnel shot, whereas on the back nine, the tee box may be moved out where you have the option to throw over the trees. When you are playing the back 9, you definitely feel as though you are playing different holes from the front 9.
We have also started laying our concrete pads. Right now, hole 9 and hole 1 both have concrete tee pads. We will continue working on the rest as time allows.
Last but not least, we have also strategically designed another set of teeboxes for more casual play. These are our white teeboxes and they are very friendly for beginners. They are also a lot of fun for more advanced players to either play as a par 2 or ace run style round of disc golf.
