WHY PRE ORDER?

Pre-ordering is to make sure you get one and don’t risk them being sold out by release day.

WHEN IS RELEASE DAY?

Release is Feb 16 at 10am.

IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED?

EDIT: Yes, our shipment has been delivered and counted. All pre orders are guaranteed at this time.

Pre-Ordering does guarantee your disc with us, as long as the manufacturer fulfills the order. Because these discs have not been shipped to dealers yet, there is always a small risk that something could change on the manufacturer end. Please note however, that risk is the same no matter who you pre-order with as the manufacturers sends these to dealers at the same time, after production. Also please rest assured, that if for any reason, the manufacturer does not fulfill these orders, we will refund your money very quickly.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund.

WHAT IF I HATE MY DISC COLOR/WEIGHT?

We would never want you to hate a disc you bought from us. If you really don’t want your disc after seeing it, just let us know and we will keep it and give you a refund. But please try your best to come in on Release Day and check it out, so if you don’t want the disc we can offer it to other customers on Release Day. Thanks!

If you have it shipped and want to return it, unused, we will still take it but you will just be responsible for shipping it back to us.

Auction Rules

Applies to auction items only.

To bid on an item, just use the drop down (Direct Bid) or type (Custom Bid) in your bid amount. At the end of the timer, the winner will purchase the item. Bids can go as high as you want in increments of $1.00. If anyone bids within the last 5 minutes, a little time will be added to prevent auction sniping. A list of user bids can be found below.

Bidding is promising to pay for item within 24 hours of the end. Item will be added to your cart to checkout online. You will have the option to pickup in store or ship for $4.65. Failure to pay within 24 hours may end up with you becoming banned from further auctions. If this happens, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder or we may re-list it.
