WHY PRE ORDER?

Pre-ordering is to make sure you get one and don’t risk them being sold out by release day.

WHEN IS RELEASE DAY?

Release Day is scheduled for January 19th 2024.

Please note, Discraft sets this as a scheduled release date but it is not guaranteed, as there can be delays in manufacturing, shipping, etc.

IS MY ORDER GUARANTEED?

Pre-Ordering does guarantee your disc with us, as long as Discraft fulfills the order. Because these discs have not been shipped to dealers yet, there is always a small risk that something could change on Discraft’s end. Please note however, that risk is the same no matter who you pre-order with as Discraft sends these to dealers at the same time, after manufacturing. Also please rest assured, that if for any reason, Discraft does not fulfill these orders, we will refund your money very quickly.

CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order for a full refund.

WHAT IF I HATE MY DISC COLOR/WEIGHT?

We would never want you to hate a disc you bought from us. If you really don’t want your disc after seeing it, just let us know and we will keep it and give you a refund. But please try your best to come in on Release Day and check it out, so if you don’t want the disc we can offer it to other customers on Release Day. Thanks!

If you have it shipped and want to return it, unused, we will still take it but you will just be responsible for shipping it back to us.
