Pro Pull Disc Golf Resistance Band Trainer is a training system for disc golf. It includes resistance bands connected to a disc, allowing you to do a throwing motion with a disc while fighting against resistance bands. Similar to working out with resistance bands but targeting the specific muscles for disc golf. While doing the motion, it not only helps build muscle but also develop muscle memory and good form as it helps you pull straight through rather than rounding.
