The Premium Royal Line

  • Royal Grand: The flagship premium blend of Latitude 64°'s high-end engineering. Developed through extensive polymer R&D, this opaque material incorporates specialized NexEdge and NexFeel molding technologies. The result is a completely smooth, burr-free rim edge paired with a slightly soft, tacky surface structure. This configuration provides reliable flex and torque resistance, maintaining its flight characteristics through high-velocity releases.
  • Royal Clear: The newest technical advancement within the flagship Royal family. This specialized blend complements the Grand profile but introduces a distinct, fully translucent visual structure. It is structurally engineered to be a touch stiffer in the hand, yielding a noticeably more overstable flight pattern than its Grand counterpart. This increased hardness provides superior abrasion resistance, allowing discs to maintain their native flight paths over extensive periods of wear.

Traditional Premium Plastics

  • Opto Line: Manufactured from some of the most durable polymers available in industrial sports equipment. Characterized by a glossy, translucent finish, Opto is explicitly engineered to survive high-impact conditions, such as direct tree hits on densely wooded fairways. It provides consistent, predictable performance across highly diverse weather environments.
  • Gold Line: An ultra-premium, opaque compound built on the durable foundation of the Opto blend. By adding a specialized alternative polymer mixture to the factory composition, Gold Line achieves a distinctively smooth, pearlescent finish and a noticeably stickier, high-friction surface tack. This makes it a premier choice for cold or humid conditions where maximizing palm grip takes priority over sheer material stiffness.

Specialty & Modification Runs

  • Orbit Technology: A specialized dual-color manufacturing process applied across premium Gold and baseline Zero lines. Rather than blending pigments uniformly, the factory creates a highly distinct, contrasting ring of color around the outer rim of the disc. This layout creates a unique cosmetic aesthetic for every individual run while preserving the density parameters of the underlying plastic blend.
  • Opto Air: A lightweight performance configuration that infuses micro-bubbles directly into the plastic. This process drastically lowers the overall mass of the disc while keeping the heavy-duty structure intact. These discs stay airborne longer, allowing players with lower arm velocities to generate increased wrist snap and achieve extended distance carry without over-exerting.
  • Moonshine: Latitude 64°'s official glow-in-the-dark premium configuration. Formulated by introducing luminous additives into the standard material base, Moonshine provides glow in the dark night visibility. Due to the cooling properties of the glow agents, Moonshine runs typically dry with a slightly harder surface structure, occasionally shifting the mold's out-of-the-box flight path to a touch more overstable.

Experimental & Putter Lines

  • Project ChainGrip: An innovative, dual-plastic prototype architecture engineered specifically for the short game. The core and inner rim wall are molded from rigid Zero Hard plastic to guarantee a consistent, professional release off the fingers. Meanwhile, the outer rim edge is fused with an ultra-tacky, high-traction compound designed to maximize friction. This allows the disc to bite and absorb impact upon striking the chains rather than glancing off.
  • Zero Line (Soft, Medium, Hard): The definitive baseline compound tailored specifically for putt and approach duties. This material provides extreme surface grip and minimal downfield skip. It is run in different firmness levels so players can choose their preferred feel: Hard for maximum stiffness and driving power, Medium for balanced daily workhorse putting, and Soft for an elastic, micro-flexible feel that grabs chains easily. Personal preference will really be the deciding factor here. 
  • Zero Gravity: An ultra-lightweight baseline plastic engineered primarily for developing throwers and slower arm speeds. It is designed with specialized material densities that allow specific molds to retain high flotation and extended low-speed glide, preventing the disc from stalling out early or dropping too quickly during soft throws.
