Trash Panda began with a simple idea: make disc golf discs from 100% recycled plastic. Because a sport rooted in the outdoors should help protect it, too, that idea led Jesse to leave his job, build a makeshift injection machine in his garage, and document the process on YouTube.
Disc golfers around the world joined in to help make the vision of sustainable discs a reality. What started in a garage has grown into a dedicated team with its own manufacturing setup in Denver, Colorado, USA, working to move the sport forward more sustainably.

Every Trash Panda Disc is manufactured in Denver, Colorado utilizing 100% recycled plastic. By operating their own in-house recycling and injection molding facility, Trash Panda ensures that your gear supports sustainable manufacturing.
Trash Panda Plastic Types
Every Trash Panda plastic is made from 100% recycled materials, and every disc is 100% recyclable. The current lineup includes Premium and Baseline options, each designed for a different balance of durability, grip, and flight longevity. All discs are made with either pure recycled TPU or TPE along with potentially natural minerals, keeping the discs 100% recyclable. Along with this mission, they don't put foil stamps on the discs either and instead mold the "stamps" into the disc.
Plastic Types
Premium Plastic — Recycled TPU
Trash Panda Premium plastic is made from 100% recycled TPU, or thermoplastic polyurethane. It offers the durability and longer wear cycle players expect from a premium blend, helping a disc retain its intended flight over more rounds. Compared with Baseline plastic, Premium has a smoother feel and less grip, making it a useful choice for players who prioritize durability and consistent performance. Usually used in Drivers, Mids and Throwing Putters.
Baseline Plastic — Recycled TPE
Trash Panda Baseline plastic is made from a blend of 100% recycled TPE, or thermoplastic elastomer, and natural minerals such as calcium carbonate. It has a tackier, grippier feel that works especially well for putting, touch shots, and newer players building confidence. Baseline plastic is less durable than Premium and will wear in more quickly, while its exact feel can vary because baseline formulas differ from one manufacturer to another.
